Non Woven Fabrics In Hygiene Manufacturer continues to teach you how to quickly identify good quality diapers.
3. Absorbing core
The absorbent core is the key part of the diaper, and its absorption directly affects the amount of liquid absorbed by the diaper.
The diapers currently on the market are divided into a composite core and a full core. The composite core is composed of fluff pulp and water-absorbent polymer SAP, and the whole core body is mainly composed of water-absorbent polymer SAP.
Fluff pulp is a series of wood pulp and straw pulp after bleaching. It has a certain thickness and can only absorb 15-40 times of its own weight. The water-absorbing polymer is a small particle that absorbs hundreds of times to thousands of times of its own weight, perhaps tens to hundreds of times of salt water, becomes a swollen gel after absorbing water, and under proper pressure. The absorbed water will not be squeezed out.
4. Base film
Unlike Breathable Nonwoven Fabrics, the base film looks like a plastic film, but it is actually a layer of breathable microporous film. Micropores are the most important part because the minimum diameter of water droplets is 20m and the diameter of water vapor molecules is 0.0004m. And the diameter of the micropores is between the two.
5. Leg mouth side leakage
The anti-side leakage of the leg mouth is located at both ends of the thigh mouth, which is connected to the surface layer. Its function is to prevent the urine from overflowing from the side due to the inability to leak in time.
